Overview
MyPlants is a Dubai-based eCommerce store offering a wide range of indoor and outdoor plants. In addition to retail, they provide landscaping and gardening services, catering to both residential and commercial clients. The business aims to bring greenery to every space while offering professional gardening solutions.
The Challenge
When MyPlants approached us, they faced significant hurdles. Their eCommerce sales were minimal, and they had no leads for their landscaping and gardening services. The challenge was to boost online sales while simultaneously attracting clients for their services, ensuring sustainable growth across both verticals.
The Solution
We began by addressing foundational issues. Tracking systems were fixed to ensure accurate data collection, and we conducted conversion rate optimization (CRO) for the website. Additionally, we created new, optimized landing pages tailored to their landscaping and gardening services.
To drive results, we launched a Performance Max (P-Max) campaign combined with a Search campaign for eCommerce, targeting plant buyers. For services, we implemented a dedicated Search Ads strategy. Through regular optimizations and performance monitoring, we achieved exceptional results in both areas.
